This month i don`t have enought free time to make another parts, i will be doing only the helmets.

yo gimpee, i forgot to tell you that i tried the default size for the foam helmet and it seems that it wont fit a 24" head so i modified the file size and here it is:

so sorry for the trouble on the first link that i gave you. again, thanks for the file.

but that's just the foam version? the "regular" one will fit a 24" head? just started working on this one, didn't even know how to print it for starters :facepalm but after this very nice guy (gimpee of course) helped me figure it out, i'm on my way. took me a while just to cut out the pieces and i would be very sad if this helmet would be too small :$

Sorry, but i used my head as reference for this and my head size is more like 23".
The Iron Patriot is bigger, i think is 23 3/4" - 24".

Just down loaded your file for the mk8 helmet, this will be my first attempt at peping. A lot of trial and error me thinks, but that's how we learn.

Does any one have thin in pdf file format, after few years there is no pepakura for mac os. Anyway great 3d model now i can't decide what project start, M41-A rifle, drilling hole in my head since i'm a kid but MK8 helmet...
