The Kylo saber was a real pain, I didn't even come close to getting all the print lines at the bottom end :lol
i thought it it would be longer based on the trailer, I have no idea how long it should be or what these prints were based on (did anyone get measurements at celebration?)
it seems to be about the same length as the OT sabers though
got my Biker Scout undercoated in silver

Finished up my 2nd Biker Scout Blaster,
I still didn't get 100% of the print lines but I got a lot more than the first one
I've weathered a little but not too much I hope
I replaced the 3D printed scope with a nice cast one
I decided not to paint the scope as I like how it looks raw & I figured I'd probably end up losing detail if I did
can always paint at a later date if I change my mind

Got a couple of these Rubies Princess Leia Blasters Courtesy of Inquisitor Peregrinus
this is one of those blasters that's been lacking from my collection
I know some folks are doing some very clever builds with these, but despite having the correct Tomtit cylinder I've opted just for filling the seam lines & going for a straight repaint for the ANH version as its close enough for me for now
Im also planning an ROTJ version which will need a little more work, I've got the Tomtit Cylinders & have ordered some rubber squares, just need to source the muzzle, hoping someone will put one on shapeways soon :lol

I saw these DDC parts they look good but it's the ROTJ muzzle that I need to find
I was really hopeful that I'd find one on Shapeways given all the many weird & wonderful Star Wars prop parts they have on there
alas it seems no one has done the Leia ROTJ parts yet :cry

I gave my ANH Leia a coat of Satin Black, same wilko's spray I always use but I'm not happy with the finish, is kinda textured? Don't know if it's the can of paint or something I didn't do in my prep also a lot more Matt than normal??
so I've lightly sanded with some wet & dry to even out the finish (I was almost tempted to leave like that but it was more weathered than I want) now back in the garage getting re sprayed from another can :lol
got some rubber squares for my ROTJ & the Tomtit cylinders, just need that damn ROTJ muzzle now

I ordered a few different types from eBay, I think they were about £1.70 for 20
no brand that I can see just some generic one :lol
these were the first to arrive I think they are 12mm by 12mm & 5.5mm tall
some of the others are lower but I quite like how this 1st set look
the space they go on is 10mm wide so there is a slight overhang

Still not happy with the finish on this I rubbed down with some wet & dry & re- sprayed but still not great (think it may just have been the paint I used)

For the bumpons it looks like 1/2" is the right width but the height I can not tell.

I looked at those last week.
I have a set of cast resin ones from OdiWan72. So Looked at the measurements.
From what I gather; the first ones you listed are right in size but the angle is off. If you were to place them on the blaster, the low angle and small plateau would look as if they were too far apart. The second ones you listed might look about right from a top view, but that are lower the the correct ones (too flat).
The ones Country Paul is using are look as is the proportions are correct in angle, and height but I believe they are too big.
I am starting to think the correct ones are no longer in production.

I took off the the masking tape tonight, glossing seems to have worked ok
I buffed up the sanded satin paint with a rag that I use to oil my Denix's after I've blued them, I think it's improved the finish a bit
I'm still not really happy, with the satin paint which is weird because it's the one I always use, maybe I didn't prep well enough or maybe I didn't shake the tin enough or something because it came out really textured typical when I wanted a cleaner look for this than my normal weathering :lol
I'm gonna consider this a trial run as I've ordered a couple more of these
I'm going to paint a few details like the screws & maybe do a tiny bit of light weathering because I can't help myself

I was wondering what it might look like if you painted the recessed/grooved areas on the grill a flat black. My thinking is that it might give the illusion of deeper grooves.

Wow! That is a great looking paint job. I think the satin finish, from what I can see, looks great. I also like how the gloss finish is not overly... shiny, for lack of a better word. I'm waiting on payday, so I can get started on mine.

Just a quick black primer as it will be a while until I get to this.
