You should be able to increase your print speed to at least 50 - 65mm/s without issues, and it looks like your printer can go up to 80mm/s while maintaining quality. If I was you, I'd test the other bicep with 80mm/s, see if you can cut that print time in half. If you're OK with more finishing work, you could up the layer height to 0.2mm, which would cut the time in half again.
Combining both of those, you could get that 72 hour print down to 18 hours. At the very least that's a more manageable time for test fitting, so you don't spend a week printing a chest plate only to find it doesn't fit.
