My first prop from way back: Nintendo Zapper E-11

Way back in 1997 or 1998 or so I bought a set of Armor F/X Stormtrooper armor, fulfilling a lifelong dream I had since I first saw Star Wars. Needing a blaster and not having the availability of kits and repros like we do today, I made my own.

I present to you, my Nintendo Zapper E-11!

It's funny now, but I got tons of emails back then asking how I made it etc. I still have it out of sentimental reasons, but boy it is horrible haha.

There was one I eventually found in England on Frontier Models web site, but it was resin and not good for trooping. My Zapper Blaster was cheap and rugged so it was my carry blaster and the resin one was for display only.

That's great! People used to use the zapper for Fett's sidearm as well. We've come so far!
