Replica Sandtrooper SE Backpack Build

I have been commission to build the Sandtrooper Special Edition (SE) Backpack. The only reference to this pack and TD is from pictures of the toy.

There is going to be 2 levels to this pack (not yet confirmed by MEPD).

Level 1 will be made out of easier to find materials, but will not be 100% accurate to the toy.

Level 2 will be 100% accurate to the toy as many of the parts will pe 3D designed and printed.

Below are the reference photos I am using for this build: If anyone had more reference photos (especially ones that show under the pack) please post on this build thread. Thank you.

LEVEL 1 PACK:
For this one, I used an Oil Pan from Buvarian Motor Sports (BMW). It works well with this type of pack, since it is so close to the Shocktrooper.

The top left box is made from black abs 6" x 6" x 3" that is glued together. The faceplate with the button and lines is 3D printed. However, in the past I have made the circle out of a plastic bottle cap, and cut the other parts out of balsa wood.

The bottom left box is an 8" x 8" x 6" box that I cut to a height of 3".

I used (2) 3/4" pvc bends on the side to attach to the 3/4" corrugated split tubing.

Here is an update on this pack build. I have finished most of the parts and have them shown here. Please note none of these parts are yet permanently attached to the base. My goal is to have two levels for this pack. First level will be built for more readily available Hearts so people can build their own. Second level will mostly be from 3D printed Parts in a vac formed base.

Pack is complete. Now all I have to do is weather it and take some pictures for the CRL.

Finished product with me modeling as HWT/TK 10204. This is going to be the new Sandtrooper SE for MEPD. The pack I am wearing is level 1. The level 2 and 3 pack will be more accurate with the base being vacformed.
