Astroboy's bandai millennium falcon..finished!

Great job on the entire model ! Paint looks fantastic and so realistic.

Definitely digging the ingenuity on the base....
 
Now that I've finally finished painting that cursed mailbox, I can get back to work on my Falcon.
You've inspired me to try harder than I initially was going to, astro.
If mine turns out half as good as yours I'll be happy.

Thx. A while back when i was doing that x-wing I was going to use the decals for the wings. I was complaining about the colour of them and a fellow forumite asked me why I was even bothering with decals, considering the detail I was going for. He was right. There was no deadline

CRAP IN A HAT!

A designer I worked with just picked the falcon up off my desk and dropped it......Pieces everywhere...Broken...Missing...

Same thing happened to me once, only it was FOUR P-47s - all in one fell swoop.

I'm just so livid. Almost all of it is fixable. Except for that broken part on the back. It's missing. And the room this happened in has been swept and mopped already. Honestly? This thing that took me a year and involved aftermarket parts is going to get pitched into the trash.

The only thing that could cheer me up right now is a certain announcement by Bandai
 
Geez. I'd be beyond livid.

Tally up the hours and send a bill, perhaps? Man.

Also, don't pitch it. You could probably repair much of it with another kit....
