Hasbro Falcon Vents, PE or printed cheap?

Does anyone know a source for inexpensive Hasbro Hero Falcon vent grilles? I would buy resin casts, 3D prints or PE, but I can't break the bank.

Are there any known materials that I could use to craft my own vent grilles?

There are these

There are some things on shapeways for, this for example

personally I'd got the photetch route for the grills since in my opinion, it would be less prone to break and it includes the fans, not just the grilles
the photo etch stuff is $47, the shapeways prints are $40

Although the person who does the grilles also has replacement wells

I have a spare set of the Shapeways ones I would be willing to let go. Let me know if you're interested.

This would require sacrificing part of another kit, but I once saw a custom job (cannot remember where) in which a guy took the wing from a Revell Tie Fighter and cut the vents out of the wing. It actually looked very good. I wouldn't recommend buying the whole TIE kit just for this, but you could buy the Tie kit and use one wing for vents then assemble the Tie with remaining wing in a wreck diorama.

Certainly not an ideal solution, but something to brainstorm off of perhaps.

Actually, if modeling the 32 inch Falcon, it appears that the AMT TIE fighter 'wing' panel would be an exact match since the pictures I have of the original show a texture that looks like Koolshade but without the raised 'ribs' - just like the AMT kit parts!
