Show your custom Lightsabers!

I grabbed one no one bid on...

s-l1600.jpg

Which may or may not be the one used for this...

Vader_ESBv2.jpg

Vader Energizer Rabbit Saber...

Which I will make a custom version of (Custom, cuz the parts on this look crappy enough I won't feel bad about doing my own thing)

*If anyone has a graflex slave (sitting on the front of this saber), lemme know! ;)

Someone got a Model Y I was eye-ing...

WHO WAS IT!?!?! FACE ME!!!!!

*I really wanted it...* :cry

(well... not for what it went for... but...)

I saw it too, but passed in favor of a Speedgun. Same model some yutz has been trying to sell for $90 found in a lot for $35

No one really agknowledged it but this is a great saber! Elegant and simple but not to the point of having nothing to it. I like it alot!

Thanks mate! I really appreciate that. I'll post some more pics soon to show off some of the other details, but that's exactly what I was going for: simple, clean, with some telling little details and greeblies.

Went to visit the folks tonight and found this thing. Have no clue what it is or what it went to, but it sure looks promising to me. My dad let me keep it, so now I have another project to throw on the pile.

Now here's where I need your guys expertise, should this black piece be the emitter or the bottom pommel?

Kinda late but.. It's a leg from a rock band drum set.

A couple of close-ups on my ancient Jedi lightsaber (you can see the original image on the previous page). It is weighted too, filled with lead shot, so it has a nice heft to it.

I love the look of that. I actually want to do something similar. What did you make yours out of?

It's PVC pipe and a whole bunch of greeblies I found around my shop. The wrapping is tennis racquet tape. Then just a heap of chrome rattlecan paint and black wash.

Finally put some grips on my Canon. Looks like the big brother of my Mamiya.

Still working on the other Canon too. I think I'm gonna use Scott's grips on that guy since the emitter is looking so mean.

I wish I had time to do more than just cut and epoxy t-track right now : /

I think Scott D grips would be a good match for the Canon project. :thumbsup

I'm having a very bad case of PPADDs (Prop Project Attention Deficit Disorder) and not focusing on any one thing. And I'm buying even more project material.

This was a recent Ebay lot auction and I started dismantling/cleaning all of them up this evening. Does anyone recognize the Graflex style clamp at the bottom of the picture? I've never had one and don't know what brand it is. It was attached to the Busch 3 cell. Wish I had a dozen more of them.
