Smooth-on product, Rebound 25 question

Hey guys,

Trying to get some help from some sculpting pro's. I am working on a sculpture and I am using Chavant NSP soft -sulphur free clay. I'm trying to figure out how to smooth my clay out that won't react with the rebound 25 mold. I guess the proper term is that won't inhibit curing? I know to stay away from latex gloves and things that contain sulphur. I have also called the smooth-on company and they have said to test a small piece but I was hoping to get a faster result than testing it. Any recommendations would be great.

Thanks

Testing is always the best. But for smoothing NSP, you generally want to rake it with a range of coarsenesses (big teeth to small), and perhaps scrub with a bit of isopropyl alcohol at the end

I smooth my sculpts with rough then fine sandpaper, the liquid agent being Citronella. Based on what I've read, there shouldn't be any curing problem.
