No and no.
The first link is to the currently available electronic Obi ROTS, which is just horrible. About the only thing worth while about it might be the sound board, and maybe not even that.
The second link is to the electronic Obi ROTS that was released around the time of Ep III. I've used it a few times for DIY sabers. The forward grip/grenade, activation band/clamp, and rear grip/booster are about all that's useful. The neck/windvane and emitter are ridiculously oversized, and basically useless. The pommel has a door to load the batteries, and is also useless as a result.
I should add, while the parts are okay visually, they are signifiicantly larger in diameter than the ROTS saber they're supposed to be (1.25"), and even bigger than the Obi ANH (1.5"). The activation band/clamp section is about the same outside diameter as a 1" PVC coupling which, as you already know, is too big to fit inside an actual Graflex clamp.
The best bet is to fabricate a custom oversized clamp out of sheet metal. It's what I did. The only other problem is they're only available on the second hand market. Whenever I see one in the local thrift shops, I usually grab it. I think I've got three or four just waiting to be converted.
Another possible option would be the newish Obi ROTS basic saber (with the flick out blade). I've purchased one myself for the possibilty of creating an Obi ROTS saber with Ultimate FX elctronics and blade (maybe). The only problem is the emitter, neck windvane, and forward grip are slightly oversized, while the activation band, rear grip, and pommel are slightly undersized.
There just doesn't seem to be any easy way to create the Obi ANH or ROTS hardware style, is there?
