here is the harware list as it was shared with me, but the pistons on the control rods was desinged by me and 3d printed. Hope this helps. Also check out

Rocketeer Jetpack Hardware List:
Engine Fan: It’s up to you which size you want to use. Both are acceptable and 10 blade fans that are film accurate. These will need to be painted a copper color or plated since they only come in aluminum. If you decide you want a working fan you will need to build out a 12V motor and power source, etc.

4” fan blade: http://www.mcmaster.com/#17545k64/=14ehxzc
Engine Flap Rod Controls: Again, up to you whether you want aluminum or stainless steel. Just pick up the rod at any Home Depot, Lowe’s, or metal supply. Get a longer length and just cut into two pieces of:
·
Rod: (x2) ¼” diameter x 10” long- aluminum or steel
·
Aluminum: http://www.mcmaster.com/#88615k11/=14hkhga
The rod ends are threaded, so you will need to cut threads into your rods to screw the rod ends onto the rods. Dies & handles for the die if you don’t have one already are available at most hardware stores in sets, or online at Mcmaster-Carr. You will need to get a ¼-20 or ¼-28 depending on which female thread you choose on your rod ends. Use these with a wrench, or buy the die handle for them:

Rod ends: There are many to choose from. Personal preference on aluminum or stainless steel. In the side bar, top to bottom, to narrow your results, you want: ball-joint, female shank, inch, right hand shank thread direction, ¼” ID, 3/8” overall thickness, and then you can choose: steel, stainless steel, or aluminum:

Engine flap & rod end mounting hardware: This is what you will use to attach the flaps to the flap arms on the body, and also what you will use to attach the rod ends to the flaps. Personally I would recommend just getting these from a hardware store since you need so few. You will want stainless steel, socket cap, button head screws that are ¼ 20. The two lengths you will probably want are (4x) ¼” or 3/8” for mounting the flaps to the body, and (2x) 1” for going through the rod ends, flap, & both of the plastic flap spacers that are included with the kit.

Engine hose & bushings:
·
Steel braided hose: http://www.mcmaster.com/#52515k1/=14hkibg
·
Bushings: You’ll probably want to get both sizes. Cutting the hose is tough and it has a tendency to fray, in which case the slightly larger bushings may be easier.
