I do have a question....I am not an expert on the Han in Carbonite....but in the movie , wasn't the HIC , sides angled slightly....if so, is this kit just square or angled ?????? I may be wrong, but just curious , from what my memory is telling me, figure I would ask.....like I said , I am not an expert on these at all

Indeed, it is angled, in more ways than one. The head and foot ends are actually different widths. The side pieces angle out so you can see them slightly when viewing the box head-on. But the bottom panel is flat, so it can stand up straight if need be. Zenix's kit is good to go.

Oh Wow....I didn't know his kit was angled....that's great news.....awesome diagram, thanks for the helpful info....again sorry for just learning....normally I don't ask questions , but from what I seen in your diagram , it helps clear matters with the CNC cut MDF . I wasn't sure for sure if Zenix's kit angled slightly

Of couuuuurse my kit is angled.
The box tapers from bottom to top, as well as the sides inward and the top downward. It also has the proper cutouts for the volvo panel so they fit perfectly. http://bit.ly/zenixHiC

That's awesome , thanks...this will be my next big purchase as soon as I can...this project must get started by the first of the year...hoping to be able to acquire the necessary parts over the next 4 months if all goes well !!!
