Here's the game cards that I did up in Photoshop. They should line up OK so that each card has the Z on the back when you print out the images onto card.

I don't really think making the board would be too hard (vac formed plastic) - the difficulty would be in PAINTING it. :eek

I've created new editable PDFs for the front and back of the cards, although I converted the text to curves, so you will have to create new text objects if you want to make the other cards in the movie. The text they used is a variant of Century Gothic; some of the font attributes of the onscreen cards are more like Futura than Century Gothic, but any old version of Century Gothic is passable. The person who did the typesetting for the cards used in the movie did extensive kerning manipulation so that they could be read more easily onscreen; the letter spacing varies greatly from one line to the next. These files are for personal use only, please don't use them in saleable items. Enjoy!
