About pdo´s thanks again, hope you enjoy them , and please post some pics if you build anyone!
One tip, I close in that way the pdo´s because to harden them I use to use polyurethane resin so it´s usefull to have closed in that way

HI!!!
Long time since last update :unsure
I was pretty busy at work and I´ve got problems with my back so I couldn´t do a lot...
But now I´m proud to tell that I´ve finish my voice recognition system to manage the suit once it´s done, now I´ve got working the faceplate opening and lightning up the eyes. I´ve remodeled again the opening system to be easier for the servos and change them to a 10Kilos new ones :cool
I was working also in the legs. I take Dancin_fool´s thigh and I´ve modified to have a hinge system like I did with the arm. Also I´ve designed a calf and a complete boot.
There also good news for you. After thinking a lot I´ve decided to freely release all my pep files for one reason over all of them, if I´m using another people file all of you must have the chance to use mines.

I wanted to ask Zabana could you please list all the items to make you helmet visor motorized
the main piece i would like is the wire things that the servos pull could i also get the exact name of the servos eg. Futaba S9254
just makes trying to find them easier
also i downloaded Zabana rar file but i cant seem to get the .pdj file to open I am a noob so please be nice

Yes, I have, and they are already posted, the name is "pie completo.pdo" and as they´re symmetrical you only need to build one and make a mold or build two of them.

If you read all the thread will probably find answer for this kind of question, anyway I changed servos later to a pair of hextronic, 10kg torque each one
About pdo files you will need to install pepakura viewer or pepakura designer, if you can´t find it pm me and I will try to help you.

hey Zabana i just sat and read all 136 post of this thread and it was like reading a good book. I'm new to the pep scene and i love what ive been seeing. for comic 2011 im building a Steel costume form the Superman comics. but im building it in my own image. here is the link so you can see what ive done so far. Steel Costume pictures by GM_Tiger_Paw - Photobucket . im not to good at the 3d modeling thing yet so all my body part will be mix and match part from halo and iron and i want to use your boots and shins plz let me know if thats cool with you. if u say yes i will be addind Leds in the boot and and crafting the flight wingy thing Ironman had in the movie to the shins.

did u check out the pictures on the link i added? thats my Steel helmet. im not good at molding and casting so im trying to find someone to i can send my helmet to so they can make a mother mold for me.
