I'm honestly surprised that no cosplay of Xiuying Hong from Shenmue. Especially when the anime series is airing on Toonami. I wonder if anyone here knows a good seamstress or someone w/ patterns to make the dress itself. Considering she has a simple outfit design. it should be an easy one to finish.
