Anyone know of a source for the right picture to go on the Scully and Mulder ID badges, or a source or a pic of the cigarette smoking mans cia id?

I have some really good pics of them, and a pic of a screen used CSM CIA id, but I don't know how to do the decorative border. I can ID the fonts at what the font
