X-carve

Anyone out there using an x carve for any armor parts? Seems to me that it would be a fast and handy way to knock out a lot of stuff with interesting material combos .. I ask because I am pretty noobish with a lot of these methods so don't flame me for asking please

It would make cutting out foam easier for certain parts and also cool for adding mountain and valley cuts if it cuts from the underside of the foam.

The only downside I could see is that many parts require tight angles and CNC mills can only do as sharp and the bit you're using. pieces without sharp inside angles would be a breeze though.

An alternative that some people have mentioned is a laser cutter that will cut through the foam as sharp as you need it.
