I think you should do it w/ the armature wire inside so it can be adjusted open or closed. Or hell, why not just do two full head sculpts & pick the one you like best later!

The brows definitely want to come lower mate. Have a gander here

See what I mean, and you might want to bulk them up on the outer edges too...Plus I'd have a look at how level they are too...It might be the angle of the pic you've taken but they look a little out of kilter.

Hi mate

I think where the eyebrows are is fine mate I think the area that is throwing it out is the first set of bumps on his crown.

If you look at the screen caps and ss pics the first set of ab type things on his head finish about level with the top of his eyebrows but there a bit higher up in the crown on yours

make sence ?? bit hard to explain.

maybe if you bring those down a little it will look more accurate.

my opologes for the bad paint job I dont know photshop.

Ok when i get home from work ( another 3hrs, ive sneaked onto work pc for 2 mins now )ill redo the eyebrows, Mav they dont look straight probably due to them not going to be straight or complete on the left side due to the burns/scars.

Suckface, nice point about the head ridges, ill make the middle one bigger then bring the lower one down a touch. hopefully that along with abit heavier brow will give him the look thats being seeked.

its difficult looking at the films pics, to the bust pics, as at times they dont look like the same pred, or maybe ive been looking at pictures for too long.

Ive noticed this but when you said you where still shaping i didnt what to mention anything yet, but dont forget this mask in the film has animatonics and the full open mouth is going to have that feature with the eyebrows down and also the fact that his head is tilted higher as mr. pred cleaner looks pissed off in this clip....lol pluss depending on the scenes there will be more then one masks on the production , especialy if there is a stunt, extra filling in, or other this will slightly change the shapes, and us looking so closely at details will pic this up,,"avarage joe" would never see these details, so you havent been looking to long...its normal..you are ok....lol

im my opinion in the same standard as the debate on close and open mouth masks,,always good to go in the middle if you lower the brows to much its gong to look static like a full open face mask with lock jaw...LOL

I would sculpt the eyebrows like you have in the straight on photo, look infront of it, i would do this then stand up and if he looks pissed off even more ya got it.

So when you have the mask on normal hes a mean looking pred, but if you where to take a deep breath and get into character your shoulders would move slightly back as your chest out and head slightly down..looking real mean...

Got home 90 mins ago and immediately attacked wolf with a scalple, was a nasty encounter as he fought back with his wrist blades, so i cut off his head which solved the problem, then cut his eye brows off

sorry im a stupid mood again

i lowerd the middle section about a inch. ( enough? )

decided id try and do this eyebrow issue in stages , and this is the 2nd stage of lowering and modyfying, im trying to be very aware of the scaring and tissue loss around his left eye, so havent quite lowerd the left as much as the right, ( does that make sense? ) as im going to have to remove alittle of it to add scars.

basically have i lowerd enough? and should i do both eyes the same ? before i then remove to scar it up.

please please dont assume ive seen anything hehe, staring at this for hrs on end must be making me miss stuff.

Now that's more like it....If you look at the brows, on the outer edges it has the same sort of shapr angular appearence as the P2 pred...so just bear that in mind when you come to refining your forms mate. Looks good it'll look even better when you come to texture the sucker up.

3 weeks ish but with middle week off because of no clay, and on and off because of work. so you can stop being so amazed dude

i totally have no comeback for the hand comment.. . . . . .

other than, you would know being a lefty also

went to bed last night couldnt sleep so came down and did a hr on unseen stuff, under his jaw etc, i wont post any pics now until he has visibally change ( dont wanna hog the forum either)

But i take it you guys think he eyebrows are ok now? and im free to continue with the ridges and rest of his forehead. ( i have to do these next as if i do the outside of his cheak next i may inadvertantly grab him whilst doing the rest, and as some worms will be really small id damage them )

anyway ill piss off now.
