Someone showed me that pic (and a few more) a little while ago and I saved them. That's probably the stunt mask, since the eyeballs are sculpted into the mask itself, and the pupils are cut out for the wearer to see.....the exact same scupting method the first DB mask had....the eyeballs as part of the sculpt with just the centers cut out. I'd assume the hero mask would have more of the eyes cut out so they can use contact lenses and have more eye movement.
