WIP Zoom costume from Flash TV series build

Some may have seen some of my other builds, welcome back if not just welcome.

With help from online research and assets such as cw Zoom screencaps / build I'm starting a build, Still in search of a mask to help complete suit.

Special thx to Crimotaku for assistance on a base design, I made various 'improvements' and will post these a little later.


Below are the the images I found most helpful.





Some of the materials I've looked at include, leather, motorbike stretch, cordura and leather, and seem to have settled on a mix of leather, motorbike stretch and mesh (non elastic)

Working on pattern at moment, so build section is underway.

Got a few leads on masks, just waiting to see progress of vendors, that mask looks awesome tho.

Yeah, the going rate for accurate Zoom's seems to be around the 250 to 300 mark.

Interesting idea but the cost of the mask alone is double the cost of a nice Zoom cowl

Been a delay in mask, but should have pics in next few days. As for suit, I saw some new pics and have altered pattern again, so maybe a few weeks off showing pics.

Been a little busy, but here's a shot of jacket, finishing touches to be added of course (zip, collar, velcro for chest emblem)
