Hey fellow prop enthusiasts! 
I know I've been quiet in the last months.
After seeing TroS I (and to be honest a lot of my Garrison mates) knew exactly what my next project would be.

I guess I just like weird cool looking helmets
The 3D Model was done by Finbar De Toms-Scott
And here's the final model:
We used HD references and had some more information available to pretty much get the model as close to the original prop.
The original helmet was in 2 pieces. The face and the dome. This is how Im going to mold it as it makes painting a lot easier and the molds should live longer.
I made a pre-ordering, as Im getting at least the dome part SLA printed. I personally don't see myself smoothing out all those grooves in ABS or PLA :-D
