{WIP}Ahsoka Tano as Fulcrum (!!!!!) Star Wars Rebels

Using card I created a free form armature then covered it with paper and tape. Then I transfered that back to card to test the shape on my montral.
I kept the armature and adjusted the shape further on the left side only. Next step is going to involve glues and I may or may not get it recorded for posterity due to sticking to everything, including my phone!

I wish I could do things in 3d modelling programmes just as nice as you do it [emoji854]

Thanks I have to admit I found it much easier after doing a little technical drawing on paper with pencil. Also that final set were at least my fourth full set of tubes :/

My other 3D projects are organic in shape which means learning a new set of skills- probably Sculptris. Well real world clay, then scan and then tidy/texture in Sculptris.

I have had to replace the set of montral. They could be reused by someone shorter than me.

Not so short people would care but I do

So I cut the neck off my older headcast and managed to tape her on to a mannequin

My neck is much longer, but I needed to set the chest height to match my chin. So. It's very weird looking.

So new lekku and new montral were assembled yesterday and hopefully I can get them done this week after all.

So tomorrow I need to stretch the large belt piece and also see if I can shape the gauntlets. I may even, meep, put some holes in pieces. Maybe not. I may just tape to see how they work
