William Riker Mid 21st Century Jacket (Star Trek: First Contact)

I am wanting to build a larger William T. Riker wardrobe, and I'd love to do this. Anyone know where I could source this jacket that he wears in First Contact? If not, any idea how to make it since I'm not a leather worker.

Looks like it's a leather sports jacket with suede over the (cargo ?) pockets and the stripe on the shoulder

I'm surprised ANOVOS or somebody hasn't done it by now. I like it because it's a good looking jacket I can wear out in THIS century, plus I MIGHT get a Trek fan to tilt their head and go, "wait a minute, is that..."
