Seriously though, I can't see how this wouldn't be a good thing. In my opinion, there
isn't much that could go wrong with a project like this ... there would be no painting
issues (curing, ect.), and not nearly as cumbersome to pack and ship. Why the hell not .
I'd buy one in a heart beat ...
Pull, assemble, vac metalize, pop in LED assembly (or bulbs for you sticklers out there), pack, and ship.

Pull, assemble, vac metalize, pop in LED assembly (or bulbs for you sticklers out there), pack, and ship.
Considering machined eyepieces, neck bolts, and antenna plus electronics I think they'd be more difficult to do than the Clone Troopers. It probably wouldn't be wearable but they'd still likely finish the inside somehow or maybe make it solid (replicate the ESB severed head look?).
My guess would be more like $500-$600 (more than Clone less than Vader).
SE would be an obvious extra version. Anthony Daniels would't pass that up.
