Oh man, whe I read you're thread title I have to think about my best friend, who is I think the biggest MASK fan you can imagine. He always tells me about the dream to see MASK the movie, we talked about, who can play Matt Trakker or Miles Mayhem and he even made a Youtube video with nice a fantasy casting as well as great vehicle choice.
Mask: The Movie
Maybe you've seen his video before.
His idea, set in a serious, less sterotyped clicheed MASK version with some lighthearted moments:
Matt Trakker - Aaron Eckhart
Scott Trakker - Shia LaBeouf (he imagined a more older Scott, who nevertheless does things on his own with T-Bob)
Alex Sector - Jeff Bridges (when he had his Obediah Stane look)
Bruce Sato - Garrett Wang, Dustin Nguyen or Robin Shou (less hanging out the asian stuff)
Hondo McLean - Laurence Fishburn
Brad Turner - Ben Affleck (he found a pic, where he looks like Turner)
Julio Lopez - Sasha Baron Cohen (ok, I was pretty surprised, but in his Borat guise - well he surely could imitate an accent)
Miles Mayhem - Brian Cox (also a pic with a mustache - really fitting!)
Floyd Malloy - Billy Idol (hey, would could play him better as the guy, who' look was based on?)
Unfortunately, we both haven't found yet the female team members, so far we had some ideas brainstormed: Tricia Helfer or Amy Smart as Vanessa Warfield, Terry Farrell as Gloria Baker (but maybe she's too old) or Elizabeth Banks in brunette
