I loved the mask for the Scarecrow in Batman Begins. Such a cool take on that villain. Another mask i really liked was Daredevil from the movie. Really crappy movie, but i thought it was an excellent mask.

For me it's the one and only Hunter Killer Mask from the original 1974 TCSM. It doesn't look like something someone sculpted. It looks like real dried human flesh. The barbed teeth seal the deal.

I also Think these would be fun if not for the construction then for the mechanics of how to make them articulate with the armor. If you don't know they are the Hord solders from the She-Ra series.

Dr. Philip K. Decker from Nightbreed for sure:



The mask from Vanilla Sky 'cause what's creepier than Tom Cruise wearing a mask designed to look like....... Tom Cruise?



For SURE Otis' mask from Devil's Rejects:




And the last two I have to give to Bane from TDKR and Korenen from Hellboy:




But only cause Bane's mask can be perceived as sexy:
