Who makes Vader lenses to fit a DP deluxe?

At C4, one of my vader lenses cracked (I have no idea how, but it did).

Anyway I have been scouring the threads and only have found lenseman, but he seems to be out of touch lately.

Does anyone have a source for these?

It needs to fit a cking dlx helmet.

As I am looking for a maker, I assume this is not a junkyard thread.
