Who Is This From KOTOR?

I've seen a couple of photos of this guy from KOTOR but I don't know what his name is because when I saw him the first thing that came to mind was to make his armor from pepakura. If anyone can help with a name it would be appreciated.

Maybe it's someone from the new MMO game or the comic? He wasn't in either of the first two singleplayer games.

Yep, that is from The Old Republic MMO. Same art styling. It looks like a no-named Sith.
