Need help identify the text of the will, I can parse still only this:

I, Marvin Acme, of sound mind and body, do hereby bequeath in perpetuity that property known as Toontown to those loveable characters, the Toons.

As executor of my estate, all of the [.........]from the walls of
I do assign the most honest and upright of Toontown Citizens, Jessica Rabbit

I do hereby leave my warehouse, known as the Acme Gag Factory, that [....] [...] the [.....] Roger Rabbit

In the interest of that [......] of all
also establish the Toon's entertainment fund. That fund shall support all toon performers to prosper and endare in their pursuit of toon [??nity]

I did a freeze frame on the blu-ray and managed to decipher about 95% of the will.
I still need to fill in some gaps. Maybe someone can help.

Rabbit.

In the interest of the coordination of all
Toontown performers whose sole purpose is
humor (?), laughter and fun, I do also establish
the Toon entertainment fund. The fund shall
