which latex?

I am making a suit using the Mr I method, but when I look on the internet I am really confused as to which latex to buy. I am in the UK and everywhere I look I seem.to find mold making latex. Is this ok or should I be looking for something else? I think I need 5 litres according to most guys, is this right?

yes, mould making latex will be fine.
