Where did REPORT POST button go?

I know I've used this feature once before. When a current thread really flew in the face of forum rules, I wanted to report it but couldn't find the REPORT button.

I think it got lost in the last switchover.

Edit: Duuuuuh....it isn't lost, it's the red and white triangle with the exclamation point in it. I so stoopid.
