Where can I get EVA foam here in the Philippines?

I've been told that you would be able to acquire EVA foam at Divisoria but could anyone give further descriptions on where in Divisoria? As Divisoria's a rather large city... _( :'3」∠)_

There's a Phillipine based costumer that works heavily with EVA on this board somewhere. I want to say her name was some form of Isabel. But I can't find her. Perhaps someone remembers more about her and can chime in.
