The real one is called Racal RA-150 Minilite or Amplivox Minilite.

Richies Armor makes replicas.

There was a real one for sale on eBay recently. Bidding ended at $95.
A seller in Germany (ebay.de) has a few real parts in his eBay store for considerably less.
