What's your favorite Zombie/ Living Dead film?

...I think I prefer the 1990 Savini remake of Night just because Patricia Tallman is a bad ass and not a fainting, screaming, helpless female like in the original.

It's my favorite film in the genre, due in no small part, to all of ^THAT^.

I watched Shaun of the Dead a few weeks ago and I only realized in the one scene where ed shouts over the phone "We're coming to get you Barbara!!!!" I've been watching that movie since the day it came out and only JUST noticed that nod to NOTLD.

I think that's an easy one to miss simply because Nick Frost's delivery of the line is so matter-of-fact that it doesn't draw attention to itself; it would probably have stood out more if they'd used it in a different context and one of the characters said it while imitating Russell Streiner's delivery in NotLD or Bill Moseley's delivery in Savini's 1990 remake.
