What's the BIGGEST prop or kit you own or have done?

Gone but not forgotten.
I was looking at some B-52 kits online today and I saw some beautiful huge ones made in germany ten years ago that I would love to hang from my office celling. This got to wondering what my brothers and sisters here have tossed together in the large scale department.

Lets see some pics.

Biggest I guess would be this, Xenoweb's 40" Stargate replica:

I just got the electronics back from the assembly by someone who can solder without leaving big globs of metal across circuit boards and will be installing that next week likely. Once done I'll be fitting the mirror for the gate to it and then put the hanging hardware on the gate so I can put it on the wall as a big light up mirror.

But then I've also been working on a full sized K-9 from Doctor Who and a Jaffa Serpent Guard helmet.

Got no pics because the project was classified "secret" at the time, but one my first professional model building gigs was on a 1/2 scale Russian Backfire Bomber. I did the wing gloves, the internal air ducts and the turbine blade assemblies.

Some similar stuff can be seen here. In the Models & Mechanisms.

Disclaimer: I did not work on everything in there, just too lazy to parse out what I did do. I did do work on most of the planes and did most of the turbine engine cut-a-way

Jet, standby... I have some pics of my B-52 model I would like to post! It's an H model, with KI Sawyer markings on it. I also did a Tinatanic model by Academy. It looks small inteh picture but its actually closer to 32" in length. I even had the case made just for it too.

I'm not as skilled as you guys so mine would have to be either...
My Proton Pack, which is still under construction, or my Hawkman Mace. The mace is only a yard or so long, but the handle is made of iron and the head is a solid iron ball encased in wood. It weighs around 40 pounds total and is less a prop and more a WMD.

Well its last years Halloween spider, twenty five feet across, made from recycled stuff, heavily inspired by the b movie monsters of the 50's

this. had 0 help. not even an "extra pair of hands". all done the infamous 2 car garage. All the big stuff, all of it, I had to haul off the back of my truck alone. like the tires, axel, etc.... physically and mentally the toughest project of my life.
