Your top 2 are Magic Sculpt and Aves.
Both can be smoothed with water as you're working with them.
Aves does have a "safety solvent" that is used on your tools and is good for softening the material and blending edges.
I had a 8oz (each tub) of Magic Sculpt that lasted me about 10 years, I have only recently started using Aves.
Both are used by figure producers.

I am by no means a pro, but I have tried several brands and Aves is by far the most forgiving and easiest to use.
