You guys are driving me crazy with how awesome everything is here.
A couple questions about forming and casting. I'm not up on the technology, so I hope my questions make sense.
I'd like to build a K9 from Doctor. I can easily make one, but I thought about taking it a step further and making some mold for it. What's the better material to use for this? Firberglass, vacuum form?
And then as sort of an aside, what's the ideal situation to vacuum form in? Would K9 be too big for that? What about helmets? If not, what would be more suitable?
