What is your single favorite Predator kill, move, or scene?

I can't bring myself to name one single favorite moment, so let's try single favorite in each film.

PREDATOR: The unmasking/roar scene. Every time I watch it not only do I have to restrain myself from doing the pose, but I also wonder what people back in 1987 must have thought seeing that face for the first time. It's so familiar and iconic to us now, but at the time it must have been like "HOLY ****!"
PREDATOR 2: At the end when all the Lost Hunter's reveal themselves and surround Danny.
AVP: When Chopper gets impaled and lifted up by Grid, and Alien and Predator meet face to face on screen for the first time.
AVP2: The short glimpse we get of Wolf's throne room and the Predator homeworld.
PREDATORS: When Berserker rips the spine out of a still living Stans'.

MINE IS WHEN HUNTER SITS IN THE TREES AND KILLS TERRIBLE PUSSY JOKE GUY THEN JAMS HIS HAND INTO HIS BACK AND RIPS OUT HIS SPINE.

Awesome topic!!

My favorite moves are:

AVP: SCAR spears the **** out of the Queen with the mid air 180
AVP: Celtic (I think) cuts clean through aliens dome with the shuriken...half of head falls off and alien tumbles to the floor
AVP: SCAR uses Shuriken to cut attacking face hugger in half
AVPR: Wolf when he unleashes his bad ass whip and continues taking aliens apart
Predators: Nikolai destroys Tracker predator and dies with SERIOUS honor taking the Tracker with him!!

I haven't seen all the movies yet but so far my favorite scenes are when the pred spirals through the air and spears the queen.

In P2 when the pred kills Willy. I love how the water is used in that scene! Plus all the awesome effects when the water makes his invisibility faulty.

The Aztec scene is also a favorite of mine.

Still working on watching the movies so more to come I'm sure!

P1: when pred emerges from the water and arnie is covered in mud.

P2: the lost, gives me goosebumps every time.

AVP: the flip and spear into the queens neck, only good bit IMO

AVPR: hard to chose one, I love wolf! But the homeworld is awesome!

Predators: Hanzo vs Falconer - love it!

So hard to pick just one per film, and it's always changing, but that's my list as it is at this point!

talking about kill scene:
when the SCAR PREDATOR cut an alien head with the shuriken...
cool!

I think my favorite kill scene was in AVP when the Xeno was leaning down from above onto the pred and the pred kind of casually flicked his wrist up and sliced the front part of the Xeno's head, which then slowly peeled off and dropped to the floor.

AVP - first parts of the movie the Hunters doing weapons check.
Towards the end of the movie in the hatchery when Lex shot her friend
the hunter looks at her like DAMMMM then catching the newly hatched alien
and snapping it's neck with a roar of beat that

PREDATOR: The unmasking/roar scene. I can actually answer that, since I saw "Predator" (three times) in the theater back in 1987. Keep in mind that in 1987, CGI FX were still rare and crude. So we were used to seeing "aliens" that were simply actors with rubber things glued on their face.

What immediately struck me about the Predator was how different it was in many ways from all the previous movie aliens (with one exception that I'll get to). The mandibles had never been seen before and immediately made the pred unique. And as a biology fan, it immediately occurred to me that the Pred must be venomous--fangs, combined with a weak mouth and small teeth, are the hallmarks of a venomous animal. The fluorescent green blood was also something that had never been done before. The cloaking effect was new (and remember it was done before the days of computer FX). Combined, these things all made the Pred something that, while still obviously a man in a suit (this was, once again, before the days of CGI), something that really did look alien and extraterrestrial--but not in the cutesy ET/Close Encounters sort of way in other movies. Up to this time, most sci fi movies depicted the space aliens as lovey-dovey peaceful creatures who came down to earth to mentor us. "Predator" turned that entirely around, and depicted the space aliens as indifferently killing us like rabbits. (And that tied into the general Central-America allegorical theme of the movie--remember that Pred was made in the height of the Reagan Administration's Contra war in 1987).

I mentioned one other movie alien that was immediately different from all the others, and it appeared way back in 1979. Yes, I refer to the Xeno, and yes, I saw that movie several times in the theater. Although the Xeno was never clearly seen in the movie (unlike the Pred), we saw enough to know that it was an utterly unique-looking creation. Because of the way it was filmed, its human-in-a-suit look was never really apparent on film, and it looked more like a fluidly-moving mess of tentacles and tongue. Very nice. And, looking at it again as a biology fan, I knew immediately that whoever designed it knew a lot about insects. The exoskeleton and its shedding, the "plant an embryo inside the host's body" idea, the acid blood, the weird mouth-within-a-mouth, all are examples from insect biology. Nothing like it had ever been seen on film before.

PREDATOR: Definitely the face reveal of the P1. So brilliantly ugly. Put it with Arnold's coined phrase, and you get a great scene.

PREDATOR 2: 1. The entire kill scene of King Willie. "You can't see the eyes of the demon...until him come callin'."
2. The train sequence. "What the hell are you!?"..."Want some candy?"
3. After the Pred's mask has been taken off. Before the main character (name escapes me atm) can finish the classic line, the Pred grabs his neck and finishes the line for him, before throwing him off.

AVP: When Scar stabs the Queen in the face.

PREDATORS: 1. When Stans gets his spine ripped out, and you see the Berserker standing there, his eyes glowing red. Utterly EVIL.
2. When Royce reveales himself to the Zerker. The whole fire to make everything heated up as opposed to mud to cool everything down was just such a brilliant idea, and then Royce just taunted the Zerker with Arnie's classic "Come on! Do it now! Kill me!"
3. Also Royce pwning Zerker with either the club/bludgeon or the axe. Sends home the message the movie tried to bring: "To kill a predator, you must become one."

Oh, and hi! :D I'm new. :)

Good topic!! I would have to go with the one you did, with Scar doing that epic twirl and jabbing the spear through the queens head. When I first saw that I actualy shouted out load "WOOOOOOHOOOOO Go Predator!!" in the cinema, no kidding!! I did!
The scene in P2, when King Wily faces off the pred in the alley, then the scene just fades to his head screaming and the pred walking off with it, that was pretty epic too!!
Same here when I first watched this movie with my best friend I told him to watch the next scene because it was EPIC! I had seen it on YouTube before and when he saw it he was amazed! But I also agree with the King Willie scene, it was very poetic.

My favorite scenes are from the 3 bad ass movies....P1, P2 and Predators.
P1..... the predator squating
P2... the predator squating
Predators...... stan getting his spine ripped out.
