Favorite quote huh? Problem is, I like too many quotes, so it is difficult to narrow down to just 1. But let me try to think of a favorite:
"I see, a whole army of my countrymen. Here in defiance of tyrany. You've come to fight as free men. And free men you are. What will you do without freedom? Will you fight!? Fight, you may die, run and you'll live, at least for a while. And dying in your beds many years from now, would you be willing, to trade all the days from this day til that, for one chance, JUST ONE CHANCE, to come back here, and tell our enemies, that they may take our lives, but they'll never take, OUR FREEDOM!" - Braveheart
or
"Your best? Losers always whine about doing their best, winners go home and **** the prom queen." - Sean Connery - The Rock
Plus, anything from Arnold, his stuff is just gold. One that I keep finding entertaining : "You are a ****ing choir boy compared to me! A CHOIR BOY!"
Funny story about that quote. There was a documentary on the making of Jaws a few weeks ago. He originally got real drunk to give that speech for the movie, too drunk in fact, the next morning he asked "How bad did I screw it up?" He was told not completely, but he went back and redid the whole speech sober, and they used sections from both when he was drunk and sober. It spliced so well together.

*Quint speech
+1 for Quints speech...i read somewhere that that actor would drink a little before the scenes to give the character a little more realism. very cool...
