What is the source of the gun barrle on SS AT-ST (ESB)?

I'm looking to replace the gun barrel on my Nice-N studio scale ESB ATST. I managed to mangle the supplied one. I thought it might be a German 20mm in 1/35, but none in my stash appeared right.

Any help as to what the source was?
