How big? What shape? There are too many variables
The main thing you need is a jacketed mold.

I may be wrong but I think he wants to make castings that are bigger than the master pattern ? Not sure you can grow up parts this way, 3D printing may be the way to go after having 3D scanned the original parts / master pattern.

There is Hydrospan 100. I have not used it myself but it looks promising.

I have used it, not that great for detail at all and leaks water all the time. It is made from the same stuff the little toy animals are you toss in water and they grow

Also, do not try to make a mold using it, it will stick like glue to stuff
