What can be made out of the Navy Talker helmet??

I got one of these in the mail today and was wondering what helmets were made out of this besides the RFT helmet and its variations and the Imperial Cheesegrater helmet. Were any others made from this?

I think there were some generic and rather uninteresting rebel helmets made from it (or, rather, vacced over it), seen in the crowd during the throne room ceremony.

Thanks for the replies everyone so far. I can take a pic of it but it won't be until next Monday. My gf has my camera and is out of town at the moment. The talker helmet is pretty cool though and suprisingly heavy.

Yeah, I think they were all vacformed over one of these. My next step is making a vacform table. I have Thurston James' book in front of me right now actually.

Depending on how soon I can build a table and how well the pulls look, I would like to make a few of these.

StudioCreation's RFT helmet has had a smoked visor since April 2005 I think.
TK560 made a few with smoked visors for a fan film last year, but he thinks they were a pain to make so he never made any for sale.

I'm going to try to make one in the oven in my kitchen later when I have got hold of some smoked acrylic. The idea is to just let it droop over a mold.

Are you sure this scene is not flipped, so the com box is not on the other side that we don't see.

Yeah, the DSG is basically a RFT with no forehead parts and an extra rear scoop stuck on the front.

I was looking at some picsof it today and like you said, it does look exactly like a black RFT helmet with the jawbone attached.
