What’s on Your Workbench? (Star Wars items only)

Finished!

And how did I accomplish the sewing portion of the build?

Answer: I cheated!

Worked like a charm!

This is a resin print.

SB

Cool! I've been looking at several to print eventually. I've never had a B-Wing or A-Wing model so I'm going to do them at some point. I just got a Saturn 4 Ultra 16K, but I spent all my money on it and a cleaning station. My funding for the resin fell through, temporarily, so I haven't been able to test it yet! Fate decided I had money available, so of course my car decided to start acting up...

Continued my work on this.

I thought I would do a technique I used on my raptor claw that is a mix of white glue, baby powder, and paint. It helps give an item an organic look, I did a layer and then toned it back in order to get some of the design elements to show.

I did some paint apps and added some fixtures for the strap. I did not have any rings around so I just 3D printed them as well.

Next is the strap which I have and the hose, which I don’t have.

Finished the power pack. I have not yet attached it to the blaster as I do not want to drill a hole in the stock. I am going to design an adapter I can stick on with two sided tape although I am skeptical it will work.

For once I can actually post here! I just got this 89sabers DV3 today and I'm in the process of modifying it into a reasonable but not 100% replica of the Barbican. I missed out on the last run of custom Barbis on this site so this is the next best thing. Got a buddy on Etsy who's gonna work on some custom parts for me. For now the circuit card is a stand-in until I can get a more accurate one.
