Started the painting on mine yesterday, that seems to take way longer than the chop-shop assembly process!! Sheeesh!

Sadly, I need to bow out as well. I had planned on working on my entry this week (right after I returned from a trip), but plans and reality have a way of taking separate paths.

oh, and just an f.y.i If you put an air compressor with the blower attachment into the water filling hole; the damn gun will blow up. hehe

just finished mine. sent in the pics... i hope someone has the same gun, i think it would be cool to see how someone would have changed things differently... maybe a future contest down the road everyone could start with the same base model, just an idea:rolleyes

I might have to bow out too. My reciepts are long gone and the wife accidentally deleted them from the camera before I got them on my hard drive.
The gun looks pretty decent though :lol still works too.

Sorry guys, I just couldn't settle on a base gun after I boned up my first one. The Super Soaker variety just wasn't doing it for me, and I couldn't find a simple watergun based on a real gun as was my second choice so I didn't get mine done. I can't wait to see the results from the guys who did pull this one off though. Good luck everybody!

Wow time flies. I was toying around with an entry, with thoughts of entering. (actually it was a custom, water gun based, blaster, that I had been meaning to do anyways.) But the entry period is almost over, and here I am miles away from being done. Well, maybe next time.

I'm really, psyched to see everones entries.
