Hmm. The hard part would be finding suitable pictures. The smaller picture of Silk Spectre in the upper right of the newspaper looks very similar to the Clay Enos photograph of her; a photo manipulation would probably suitably pass for this one.
However, to replicate the main picture would be problematic. It reminds me of Lee Harvey Oswald for some reason, but doesn't match any pictures I was able to turn up. It's not a still from the movie, either - at least, not the opening credits. :/

NOt sure if this has been mentioned as I quickly scanned through the thread to see during my lunch- but there is an Exhibition in the COmic Art Museum in San Fran, its $6 and contains a wealth of original comic art, but also movie props such the lighter and the grapple gun, as well as the owl like comlink and various paper props like newspapers and diary's/notebook.- 3 costumes are there too.
Def worth a look if you are in the area- it does say no photos but I am sure the more careful forum member will be lucky ;-)
I was there on holiday, so I went without seeing the film or reading the book ( sorry,I should know better) so I wasnt sure exactly what I was looking at. The Full costume for the guy in the ink blot mask, the rubber yellow/blackoutfit for the cute girl and the suit outfit for the guy in the reddish molded mask/armor. Sorry I cant be more specific !

Some great props here so far.

Yup, and the Deckard tie & shirt, 10th Doctor suit, tie, and cashmere coat, and tons of other awesome stuff I have every intention of adding to my wardrobe once I'm rich. Absolutely AWESOME top notch stuff!

Awesome job on that :thumbsup Despite the many negative reactions to the movie I enjoyed it.
