lol yeah I just googled warhammer cosplay and picked images at random. It seems more costumes have shown up in the ...years since this thread was started. Time for a club now
BTW do you or your wife have a website with some behind the scene build photos? I'm into the process probably more than the end results

Err.. Well.. since it is technically finished, I didn't think its own thread was deserved, but I could not let this thread .. well.. completely die anyways..

Always enjoyed that suit,
one of the few marines that looks good, but is scaled to a human body.
though i've usually been a fan of accurate size or death, it turned out really well.
particularly the backpack, which you cant really see as well in these shots.

Alright, time for me to get back in this thread...
Yesterday I got a wild hair and decided to mod the hell out of one of my old beaky helmet casts. After a bit of tender loving treatment with a hacksaw and some bondo, it looked like so:
After several hours and a can of Rockstar project fuel, I had a pretty good start on a Chaplain helmet:
At this point, I have to do all of the details for the teeth, modify the eyebrow ridge to make it look angrier, and decide whether or not I like the shape of the chin:
(I'm thinking the double-chin thing needs to be a bit less extreme)
