Got some more work done.
I got the Weapons completed about 95%. I just need to install the electronics in the right forearm gun.

Halloween was more of a date to set a goal to get it done around. Didn't really want to wear all this hard work to a bar or club etc and have it get it ruined. Technically It's done by the deadline I set. I'll wear it for a video this weekend.

It's great you're close to finishing though. Did you make the weapons out of foam as well? I didn't make halloween either, but oh well now I feel like I don't need to rush anymore and can take my time on it, give it a better paint job work on electronics and such. I'm looking forward to the full suit up Great job on making everything look so awesome.

The outer shell of the minigun is a Wondersquid kit. The vaccum formed one. Very flimsy but well detailed. I say flimsy, only in terms of there is no chance in hell it could ever support any kind of motor set up without breaking apart. I figured this before I built it. So I made an internal support system for everything. The kit is just basically a "costume" for my actual solid working set up inside. I can even swing the minigun to the other shoulder if I wanted to

It's not really heavy but It's just not the kind of costume you'd feel comfortable in wearing for more than a few hours. Nothing like an iron man suit. Way more advanced planning is needed in setting everything up.

I see little openings on your mini gun barrel.
If you put a card there it could add a nice pop sound, like a card in a bikes spokes.
You should give it a try to see if it works, or how it sounds.
