War Machine Cardboard build

After having some success with my son's MK 6 I wanted to build one for me. I have to give a big shout out to Stealth Cosplay for all his videos and inspiration on this build. I found that this new method saved me a ton of time. I hope to have this done for Halloween so my son and I can go Trick or Treat with them both on, I just have to redo his legs and abs due to him growing.
But here are some pics of what I have so far.....

Had to do a lot of piece by piece cuts due to the sizing issue with the files. The back is almost done will post pic later once its done. I am pretty confident I will have it done by Halloween and still have time to redo my son's MK 6 legs and abs. Plus I still have to get the lights for both suites.
I have to redo the shoulders due to the fact the ones in the pic are a bit small for the suite, they will be the last thing I finish on it.

Finished glueing all the major pieces together excluding the helmet. I just dusted the pieces with primer to give it a more unified look for the pics...IMG_20130915_194458_120.jpgIMG_20130915_194522_555.jpgIMG_20130915_195055_695.jpg

Here are a few pics of what I have done. Am going to start fiberglassing these pieces and am also working on the helmet right now.
The Mark 6 is my 3yrs old son's who wanted to take new pics with the arc light working.
