I think you wanna be sure what you're talking about before making wild accusations.:angry It was clearly 3D printed as you can see from previous photos. Why would we go back and pep it?? Give your head a shake.

Now not that I need to explain to you but in the interest of defending the hard work that went into this and you are trying to take away - the 3D print was thin and needed to be backed for rigidity before any bodywork could be performed. THAT is what you see in the pics, eagle eye. Gel coat and bondo.

That's clearly a 3D print. You should check the other thread on this and see more progress.
I even saw the 3D printing website where Bimmer posted the model before Kev finalized everything.

If that was a pep, then clearly all my 3d prep work to make it printable was all in vain. Not sure if you're trying to pick a fight here, but you're barking up the wrong tree in accusing Clinton, Kevin and I of falsifying the work we've all done to get the helmet to where its at now. Kevin is correct in saying the helmet was printed thin. I modeled it to a 1mm thickness to keep printing costs lower. What you're seeing is primer over-spray sanded down to the white plastic underneath.

I don't really care if you don't believe us or not. Kevin and Clinton have a solid reputation and are outstanding guys, so for you to come in and accuse them of lying isn't cool. Especially off of one photo among dozens. Pictures of the freshly printed helmet pieces have already been posted. If that is not enough for you then its too bad.
