Wall Mounting Hardware for Heavy Statue Heads?

I recently received this 1:4 bust, but I am not sure what hardware I would need to safely mount this to the wall as in the picture. It's about 27 inches long and weighs just over 15 pounds, so it needs to be secure as to not fall off and break.

How about a TV bracket, similar to the following? Its rated for 30 kg which is around 65 pounds & only 18mm thick.

The concern I have with is drilling into the bust for the mount. According to roostercat, after drilling I need to get "hard foam" to fill the hole to secure it. Is anyone familiar with that process?
